FIlleting changed my polygon into segments and arcs. How do I recover the polygon so I can change the fillet amount on my PCB?
At the moment, it’s mostly a one way conversion, except for a [Ctrl + Z] to undo or a File / Revert if you saved before the conversion.
You can manually change the arcs and the line segments. This is not too much work if you can use a convenient grid.
Another option is to:
- Delete the arcs, leave only the straight lines.
- Use: Shape Modification / Heal Shapes
Do note that you have to set the tolerance to a big value, about the same as the diameter of the arcs should do it. - Redo the fillet.
You can also use the “Extend Lines to Meet”, to repair the polygon first, but that only works with two line segments at a time, while the Heal Shapes can handle multiple line segments.
