As simple as that. I want to draw a circle around a transistor to signify it’s a power transistor (without having to create a new part). It’s only for informative schematic purposes anyway, there won’t be a PCB.
You can draw a rectangle now, create a new personal symbol lib with a copy of that transistor and add a circle to it or change the existing library symbol and add a circle to that (all future schematics that use this lib part will have the circle then as well) or wait until EEschema is able to draw circles in the future.
Those are your options, afaik.
Ah forgot… you might be able to place text and use a large O or 0 as marker?
