How to define electrical type for custom created components in KiCAD?

I am designing one microcontroller named as SIC17W23F00B1. I am having 128 pins For that MCU. so my question is what are consideration should i take into account when giving ELECTRICAL TYPE while creating pins
for example VCC, GND etc…
