How to create "pads" with KiCAD

Hello !

I was wondering how to create “pads” with KiCAD, I mean tracks that doesn’t have the typical form. Here’s an exemple.

and I want to have this https://user.oc-static.com/upload/2017/04/28/14934022290387_Image4.jpeg

So I wanted to know how should I do to make larger tracks with this shape.
