Hi, I went into my schematic and changed a whole lot of diode footprints to a new footprint I had created and then clicked ‘Update PCB from Schematic’ but the original footprints were not replaced. I went back to the schematic, and the new footprints I had inserted had all reverted back to the original ones.
Any hints at what I am doing wrong appreciated. Cheers.

Where did you store the footprint you created?
In my library with all my other footprints.

You opened each symbol property and replaced the footprint and pressed OK?
When you updated the PCB, the “Update PCB from Schematic” window had what written message?
Ahh - I found it. I did not click to update footprints in the dialog box.
