Please consider installing Ubuntu on your machine and keep Kali on a usb stick
Kali is great for what it focuses on (there is a reason I carry it around) but that isn’t a general purpose desktop for tinkering with. Can it be tinkered with? Sure all distros can but some are designed for that (Gentoo) and some just get in your way (base Debian)
If you are wanting Wayland and newer kicad then Ubuntu sounds like the best for you
I don’t want Wayland anymore. I tryed to Install it and than everything was buggy and i tryed to uninstall it, it worked but as i rebooted my Laptop, it showed the Debian 12 Screen! Here’s a picture:
After this it shows blackscreen for a second and finaly shows the kali-linux-bootanimation before i can Log in. And do you know about a ~930.40GiB USB-stick? Dolphin shows storage in GiB and i don’t know how i Change it so that shows storage in GB! And that Update Shit i don’t need anymore, i can work with V.8.0.0
