How do I set the title block on ALL pages at once?

I’ve searched and searched and I can’t figure this out.

When printed, each page of a schematic has a title block on it. I found the button that lets you edit it. There’s even a checkbox that says “export to other sheets”. But having changed the revision number from 1 to 2 on the root sheet, all other sheets still show revision 1. (Except for the most recently added sheet, which shows no revision number at all.)

How do I make it so the title block information on the root sheet applies to all sheets, not just the current one?

I want to print out the new schematic, and it’s going to be extremely confusing if sheets have the wrong revision number on them! There really needs to be one place where I can instantly change this for all sheets.

(I’m using KiCAD 6.0.9, in case that makes any difference. I suspect it doesn’t.)

Works Correctly for me in v7.06 by clicking/using the Icon for “Settings for Paper Size and Title Block Info” . All Schematic pages show updated Rev.

Wait, I think I figured it out.

Rather than just checking the single master checkbox on the left, you have to manually check all the individual field checkboxes on the right, and then it seems to work.

yes.
And that’s because the “master checkbox” is not the master, it’s only the checkbox for exporting size+orientation.

What, really?

That is seriously not obvious. :frowning:

It looks like it’s a checkbox for “everything on this screen”. (You know, the most likely option somebody would want.)

Oh well, at least I figured out how to fix it.

In your opinion.
For me it was obvious that a checkbox, which is located in the paper-section, is responsible for paper-settings (size+orientation) only. (Every part of this dialog shows it’s own header-string, a separator line and some space to the next section.)
I admit that the complete dialog is lacking tooltip-strings.

I think you missed all the check boxes encircled in RED.
After you’ve seen that, it’s probably pretty obvious that the green one with the same text only works on some small subset.
