How can i fix this warning without edit pcb design?

I hereby certify that I am not simply asking someone else to design a footprint for me.

This is an auto-generated message that is in place on the “footprints” section of the KiCad.info forum. If I remove it and ask for a footprint to be designed anyway, I understand that I will be subject to forum members telling me to go design my own footprint or referring me to a 3rd party footprint site.

can i ignore this warning and make pcb?

can i ignore this warning and make pcb?

most probably yes, but in the end you are responsible and have to decide.

more information: Upgrading from v6 to v7

The warning tells you that the footprint used on the board is changed compared to the one in the library.
Whether this is a benefit or problem for you, depends on what the change is specifically.
You will have to dig deeper to know whether to ignore it or not.

I just started with V7 (7.0.5) and I experienced a number of these warnings. What I found is if you edit the footprint from the PCB board menu the changes are stored locally and will be different from the library.
So now you have to know if it was changed on purpose or some other problem has cropped up.

I would:
Make a copy of the design.
In the copy up the footprint from the library
See what changes.
