How can i add graphic rectangle to Unit body not Component body

See . i create SAMA5D2 component,and it consist of 5 unit. every unit have different Pin number ,so it need different size of rectangle body . i have no idea to slove this problem .

my count only allow upload one image . The graphic rectangle fit unit A but too small for unit B. how to seperate?
