High resolution screen problems

Hi apologies for my first post being with an issue, it’s always the way though…

I am running a 4k screen resolution and the problem is the resolution means all the icons are tiny, and the grid dots are almost invisible, is there anything I can do to help with the scaling for higher resolution setups?

Its holding me back from getting to grips with KiCAD. I used to be an Eagle user some years ago and now I am getting back into designing my own pcbs it would be great to use KiCAD but if I cant see what I am doing its hard work

I suggest you register on Launchpad and upvote it by “This bug affects” in the upper left of the page

Very important, most of the developers don’t have 4k monitors

Thanks for the replies, ikletti thanks for linking me to that post. I would help with testing that code, but I have no idea what to do with the code in that post… There is no instruction so without that I simply cannot test.
