This is a typical issue caused by older graphics drivers, often on Intel integrated graphics. Try to update the graphics driver, and look not only on the computer manufacturer website, but also on the graphics chip manufacturer website.

Changing to Fallback Graphics in Preferences > Common > Antialiasing may also help.
Or, switching to a different GPU in Windows Graphics settings might help.
