GND Zone creates a hatched rectangle instead of connected GND vias and pads

I am trying to create a GND zone that that starts from the Cap GND on top of page through the center of the IC GND Vias but it does not allow me to do so. When created a GND zone through the IC GND Vias it creates a hatched outline.

The first thing is to check if you have the correct view setting:

Then you have to check the zone’s Properties:

And then the clearance properties and the thermal connection properties of each footprint and each pad.

Sometimes it’s tricky to find the correct combination, but it should be possible.

And don’t forget that you need to press “b” to refill the zone.
