GND trail transform to VCC trail

Hi.
gnd track turns into vcc track even though i select track gnd on pcb.
Only A Few Components Are Such.
I use hierarchical pages.
Where do I do wrong?

All you pads are labeled with “GND” (as far as I can see from your screen photo). Result is that this picture is pretty useless.

A common cause for GND and VCC to be shorted is an error on the schematic. I have seen a few occurrences of a wire drawn over a decoupling capacitor that causes this short, and this is hard to spot on the schematic.

Such an error is not detected by ERC, because both “GND” and “VCC” are of the “Power Input” type.

Also:
What are these weird extensions on the pads?

Looks to me like superimposed pads , maybe from a duplicate footprint, or the footprint of another component.

I downloaded the gsm module footprint from snapeda.
one shows the footprint of the original integrated, the other shows the wire binding pad.

I only used the footprint of the module to find the problem.gnd trail changed to vcc again.
I wonder if the problem is in the design of the module?

Again, it looks like something is overlapping because the red areas on top of the pads don’t get highlighted. It could be a problem with the footprint, or you have put multiple footprints on top of each other. Do a DRC, it will probably flag some issue there.
