GND Net not showing up in Netlist

Hi Guys,

I’m a little new to KiCAD and PCB Layout, and I’m doing my first project. After creating the schematic and generating the Netlist, I was verifying the nets and I noticed that there is no Net for GND in the Netlist. Instead the GND connections to the components are showing up in the +3.3V Net in the Netlist.

Is there something wrong with my schematic where GND and +3.3V have been shorted?

Also I’m not sure how I can upload my Schematic for you to see guys. I’ve tried to upload a screenshot of a portion. Hopefully this works.

Make sure there is no direct connection between 3v3 and GND (use the highlight tool of eeschema to check that. Also run ERC and make sure both GND and 3v3 nets are driven by a power output to see a short.)

Generally it just takes a little activity to ‘level up’. Read a few posts in a few threads to so you don’t look like a drive by spammer. :wink: That allows you to upload. In this case, an admin has done this for you. Upload away.

You’ve shorted +3V3 and GND through C5:
