I used CPW line for 50 ohm impedance. At the edge, there is tiny space. I would like to know how I could fill up that space.
Turn off the Back Copper Layer Visibility.
If you used zones: set the min width setting to 0
If you used pads: use rectangle pads instead of rounded rectangle.
