with PCBNew I have a problem with the Ground signal.
In the same GND area there are more pin that they appear disconnected.
How it is possible ?

Hi Pascal-
From looking at the image, it appears that the thermal relief spoke width is pretty high in that plane. My guess would be that your antipad clearance is similarly large. Try decreasing the antipad clearance. If that doesn’t help, post an image without the front pads (disable them by unchecking “Pads Front” in the “Items” tab on the right.
Perform the Design Rules Check first, it shows which pad of the pair is actually unconnected.
