Global preference for inline dimensions and other "hidden" preference location in 9.0.4

I have been to the global preference for an inline dimension on measurements. I cannot find it again. Did it go away? there are other preferences in the same area, but lost them also. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Depends on what layer you want to use. I put dimensions on User.Drawings so the default line width and text size are defined in the ‘Other Layers’ line. Once placed, various options can be edited via ‘E’dit properties dialog. There’s a Selection Filter specifically for Dimensions.
