Hi. I am a relatively new user of KiCAD. I am using it as part of a class to create PCB schematics. We have slowly been creating an ever more complicated schematic. At this point, one of the requirements for these schematics is that all of the symbols used have assigned footprints. Is there a way in KiCAD to get a list of symbols that are missing assigned footprints? I am using KiCAD v 6.0.6.

Also, Have a look at tools>edit symbol fields.
In KiCad there are often multiple methods to do similar things, and both methods described work.
A third method is to simply Schematic Editor / Tools / Update PCB from Schematic [F8]. Any symbols which do not have a footprint assigned will then be listed in the popup.
In this case R8 does not have a footprint assigned.
