GerbView shows weird image (OS X)

I installed Kicad recently on my two macs which use Mavericks and Yosemite respectively. After installation I tried testing it by opening gerber files downloaded from internet and found that my GerbView shows always weird images. The images omitted many contents including letters and numbers written on the PCB board. I’m afraid that I’m not allowed to upload any images here, Please have a look at the link.

For just test I installed the kicad again on windows machine and then loaded the same gerber file. This time the GerbView showed pretty nice PCB board images including all pin numbers and lines on the board.

Could anyone please let me know what is wrong with my GerbView?

For my mac I built the kicad from source and then also tried using the nightly built versions. But they have same issue.

Probably the best is posting a bug in kicad osx

For now I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not. I’d be happy if other people who use kicad in os x let me know whether they have same issue.

Posting larger images would help. Hard to see anything on these thumbnails.
