Gerbers contain no back layer solder mask

Hi all,
I’m on 5.99. I have had many varying issues with my gerber exports, but I thought that I had solved the issues, soI have sent it to JLCPCB for manufacture.
But this morning I received an email from them stating that there is no back solder mask layer in the gerber exports.

When I look in the plot settings, I actually don’t see any b.mask layer…

I assume that there is supposed to be a B.mask layer?

In version 5.1.6 I do have a B.mask layer.
So this is missing in version 5.99?

Do you have it in pcbnew -> File -> Board Setup -> Board Stackup -> Board Editor Layers?
