Is there any way of changing the layers manager back to how it used to be when I could choose which pcb layer was loaded onto which gerbview layer?
Now I have to laboriously change the color of each layer every time I use gerbview to get rid of the psychedelic color scheme with each pcb layer loaded at the next free gerbview layer.

This is one of the last things that i find slightly annoying of KiCad.
I found a way to somewhat ease the pain in the process using the ‘+’ and ‘-’ key to move the layers around and modified the color scheme in a way more pleasant to my sore eyes, but some clicking is still needed…
