System Info:
Windows 10 build 19042
64 bit
KiCad 5.1.10
I have had several projects that use the same libraries and the fp-info-cache keeps getting corrupted.
Has anyone else ran into this problem?
When fp-info-cache crashes, the footprint editor displays the footprint libraries, but they all are empty.
shutting down KiCad and deleting the fp-info-cache fixes the issue.
This issue seems to randomly happen. I haven’t found the cause of this issue yet.
Edit:
It looks like opening the Symbol editor after opening the Footprint editor corrupts the file.
The file seems to corrupt as soon as KiCad is closed.
