I added “Connector_JST:JST_GH_BM07B-GHS-TBT_1x07-1MP_P1.25mm_Vertical” as footprint to a 7-pin connector symbol.
The mount-solderpads are named MP, and I see a warning about it.
The best solution would be to find proper symbol for that footprint, but how?

Just add “MountingPin” to your search for a connector.
