For changing pin through hole size should we have to edit the Via drill size in net classes?

hey guys, I have doubt for changing pin through hole size should we have to edit the Via drill size in net classes?? Any help greatly appreciated.

Althoug they are all holes, vias and through-hole pads are different.

You should edit the footprint to change the pads. A pad can be edited in the layout too, but the changes can be overwritten after any update.
