Footprints Pads pin missing

I created a KiCad PCB board from KiCad schematic, all footprints pads pin are missing, see below screenshot, how do I configure KiCad pcb??

Assuming the footprints for the LED’s are from KiCad’s default library, they will have pads.
One possible reason they do not show is if pads are turned of in the Appearance Manager / Objects on the right side of the PCB Editor window.
