I created an application to resize footprints by modifying the file contents. I am pretty sure that the application will work for most footprints but I would like someone with a bit more knowledge about footprints to review the code.
The application was originally meant to be used for footprints generated by the Image Convertor tool which only has (xy <x_coordinate> <y_coordinate>) as data but other footprints have a variety of them. hence there are some edge cases.
