Footprint present in library but error during import of netlist

Hi Community,

I am able to locate the required footprint during the process of assigning footprints to a schematic using the standard KiCad footprint library, here is a screen shot from that assignment process;

However, when I come to import the netlist into the layout tool, it throws the following error;

which is odd, because the footprint seems to be available;

Can anyone shed any light, please?

I took a screen shot of the wrong schematic reference, here is the one that corresponds to the error reported during import of the netlist;

… even stranger then (to me) that import did not complain about “U4” (which uses the same footprint as Q5).

Sorry for the fire drill everyone … I switched out both Q5 and U4 footprints for random bogus one’s … imported the new netlist … then switched the bogus ones for the real ones, re-imported the correct netlist and it cleared-up the issue.
