Footprint library does not open

hi.
I downloaded footprint library in snape,
the library opens in the schema page but does not open in the pcb design page.
What is the reason?

I did a search for you in the FAQ part of this forum.
The FAQ of this forum is chock full of explanations on different parts of KiCad and is currently the most up to date documentation.
