Footprint library browser not shown in KiCad 7, MacOs

I hereby certify that I am not simply asking someone else to design a footprint for me.

This is an auto-generated message that is in place on the “footprints” section of the KiCad.info forum. If I remove it and ask for a footprint to be designed anyway, I understand that I will be subject to forum members telling me to go design my own footprint or referring me to a 3rd party footprint site.

Hi, when I double click the symbol that I have in schematic editor it doesn’t show me the browse footprint library tab. I am using macOS

KiCad 7 with macOs

looks the same as on my system.
I’m unsure what you are missing in this dialog?
Already tried to click into the (currently empty) footprint field?

To clarify @mf_ibfeew 's comment,

Click in the empty space to which the arrow is pointing.
