Footprint Editor-Layers Manager-Items-NPTH_TH, minor bug?

KiCad v5.1.2-1
This is a minor bug, I think.

I set the pin of 1-pin footprint as NPTH.
If I uncheck NPTH on Footprint Editor ==> Layers Manager ==> Items, the pin doesn’t disappear.
But it disappears if I uncheck TH instead.

Since I am new to Kicad v5, sorry if this is normal.
