Volume ≠ Quality
Whilst some, even many footprints, are good, you would be well advised to check before using them in a production environment.
But if you want volume, you could start here…
Personally, I would like to see the whole symbol/footprint/3d/spice etc model managed as a database driven system. But that is probably not going to happen any time soon
