Hi folks - I’m going to use a CPC1965G component in my design. Anyone know if there is a symbol and/or footprint already created for it?

For footprint It looks like it’s a standard 16 DIP, but using only pins 1, 8, 10, and 16…
The footprint is the easy part. Choose just about any DIP16 package and take away what you don’t want. 
Lots of relays to choose from. You might have to spend some time there.
