Hi, new to KiCAD, just started using it to design a side project based on Artix 7 XC7A200T FBG484, I have been able to find the schematic symbol file, but wonder where i can find the footprint and 3d model file for it? or is there similar ones i can use as reference?

Someone might have a good reference to FCBGA packages like that, if not you could use the BGA-484_22x22_23.0x23.0mm_Pitch1.0mm package in the Housings_BGA library as a good starting point. Sorry that still doesn’t give you a 3D model.
