In my schematic the SOT-227 package is mounted on top of the PCB facing down with the attachment screws coming up from underneath. How do I reverse this so the SOT-227 package is underneath the PCB?

Flip with the F key. I’m sure there is a menu choice in the edit functions too. 
There’s no menu bar menu item for that, but Flip is in the context menu of the item.

Sorry for the confusion with the wrong name. I just consider the right click to be ‘edit’ for my thinking.
