Flickering SMD LED

Hi,

I am a complete amateur, and I hope this is the right place to ask this question. In my next project, I would like to use a flickering SMD LED. Something like LED’s used in tea lights, that imitate candle light but in small SMD package. There are a lot of options for through-hole 5mm and 3mm LEDs, but I struggle to find SMD counterparts. Does such a thing exist? Can someone point me in the right direction? For simplicity’s sake, I would prefer it to be a “self-flickering” LED, as I don’t know how to build my flickering circuitry.

Flickering is a Flashing that is tuned to user preference AFIK. You can buy them and buy a cheap controller and play around to get something suitable (?) Example
