First printed doccumentation - where from these colors come

KiCad 4.0.7.
When an year ago I’ve made some experiments I supposed I found the way to have printed doccumentation as I like to have. I made my footprints to allow it (the same drawing at Silks and CrtYd and Ref on one of them and value on second).
But those were short experiments and unfortunatelly those time I used only SMD elements.
I was sure I will have no problem with printed doccumentation but…

A moment ago I have done the following:
F.Cu=Grey3, Pads Front=Grey3.
F.Silks=Black, F.CrtYd=Black, EdgeCuts=Black.
When I exported to SVG (F.Cu+F.SilkS+Edge.Cuts) I got:

Do you know why these TH pads are brown (or in KiCad it is called red) and what to do to have them gray?
Makeing no changes I printed the same layers via PdfCreator and got:
PDF
Do you know why this time they are yellow and what to do to have them gray?
Why tracks are so tiny at pdf?

What method do you use to get picture like this?
