What should I do?
fI managed to upload but I don’t know how.

First, KiCad uses ${} syntax for variables, not Windows specific %%. I’m not on Windows ATM so I can’t say if they work at all this way.

Second, I don’t believe it would be useful to define KiCad path variables that way. Just use normal absolute paths. User profile and Program Files locations are most probably permanent. You gain nothing by using those variables to define KiCad’s variables. Or are they really volatile on your system setup?

Probably the generic title “Error: Windows” is flagging it as one of those fake windows tech support spam

No need to add the word Error in these, be more descriptive, such as “Windows environment variables not evaluated”.
