Filled zones not responding

Hi all,

I am using windows 10, Kicad 4.0.7.

I have a design and I have done all the filled zone and check, and when I sent it to vendor they ask me to change the clearance within the circuit and now I change the width of the trace or drag the trace, and tried to refilled the zones it always freeze and goes into not responding mode.

Not sure why is making this freeze, I search for solutions and found this,

Another option is to go into the pcb-kicad file and delete the zone information if this is causing trouble for your system and see if the file behaves after that?

I tried deleting the zone and it show not responding. I not sure why is this happening. I can’t start DRC and it will freeze also.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
