Filled GND Pins?

I am completely new to PCB design and am running into something that worries me. I have completed the board, run a DRC with no errors, but when I look at the 3D image of the board, it seems like many of the grounded pins are partially filled by traces. They are highlighted in the attached picture by the black circles.

While some do have traces running through them, I know for sure that the long vertical row of pins on the right do not have traces running through them. Should I be worried about this or is this simply a flaw in the 3D modelling?

I apologize in advance if I have not provided the required information to answer this.
