i create 2 different PCBs with filled areas, one PCB shows like pic1, the other PCB shows the areas like pic2. How can i set that both PCBs show the same outlook?

The difference is most probably a different setting for zone transparency. Look into the right side appearance panel, and there into the objects tab.
sidenote: always mention the used kicad version.
