I’m a recent Eagle refugee. This is a simple board with large copper fills for heatsinking LEDs. My problem is the copper pours won’t connect to the LED pad even though both have the same NET and I’ve set every pad and fill setting I can find to “SOLID”. I found similar questions in this forum but the solutions don’t seem to work for this layout. The project is attached. In this file I’ve only filled the pour and named the net for LED2_OUT to show the problem, but there will ultimately be several on the board.
