Have you tried pin41 RX too? It seems it is a pad clearance issue, though the picture is not clear. Reduce the pad clearance of the footprint.
Another way for checking it is running the DRC.

problem solved, i just re-install and it worked.

I don’t know. But good catch. I had to unhide the whole thread due to some automatic flagging by the system, but didn’t seem to unhide the first post. Was a little bland to me only, but as I have seen it I didn’t think much of it. Lesson learned
