Fabrication Toolkit plugin does not generate BOM and CPL files

Hi everyone, I would like to have a small PCB produced by JLCPCB and also use their component assembly service.
Since I’m using KiCad 8, I followed this guide (https://jlcpcb.com/.../how-to-generate-bom-and-centroid…).
I installed the plugin and the plugin icon appeared on the top bar of the pcb editor in kicad.
I press the icon and generate a .zip file through the plugin. However, when I unzip the zip file, I see that only gerber files are created, but BOM and CPL files are missing.
I also tried to add the “LCSC PN” (as suggested in the guide) to a couple of capacitors in the schematic editor, but the result is till the same, no BOM and CPL files are generated.

What am I doing wrong?

For generating files for JLCPCB I suggest you to use this plugin.
Two - three clicks and all done, packed to ZIP file and ready to upload.

Did you remember to Update PCB from Schematic after adding the field?
