Exporting and copying a project?

Hi,

I started a project for a design. I use it for schematic capture and BOM generation so far. I have created a few new component symbols as well.

Anyway, I want to share this design with someone else.
I tried just sending them the schematic file, along with the symbols file. However, that didn’t work. They had trouble opening the design. They requested I export the whole project and send them a copy. How do I do that?

I’ve looked and I can’t seem to find out how to do that.
Basically, I want to send them a copy of my whole project.
I am using KiCad 6.0.5

Main Kicad-manager → File → Archive project.
