Export problems when choosing .dsn

Hi,

i`m having a problem when i want to export a PCBNew to .dsn format and then use it with FreeRouter. I have in the PCBNew 7 pinheader connectors (all footprints are ok), but when i export it to dsn and open it in the FreeRouter, there’s always one connector missing. Kicad says the export is ok and i don’t get an error here, but the connector got lost and it is not routed and when i import it back as .ses it is not shown in PCBNew. Is this a bug in Kicad or something else?
Can somebody help me?
Thank you.

Please post the version details of Kicad.

Is the pinheader connector wired up to the other parts of the schematic? In pcbnew are there rats nest lines to other footprints?

Also are you exiting pcbnew after exporting? I don’t do that. AFAIK the DSN and SES files only modify traces in nets so if a footprint is being lost it’s because you haven’t saved it.
