Export issue – PCB not displaying correctly in viewer (4-layer KiCad project)

Hi!

I’m working on a 4-layer PCB in KiCad and have trouble with the export.

In the JLCPCB viewer, only the drill holes and a few traces are visible – most of the copper layers and routing don’t show up correctly.

Zones are filled, DRC is clean, and everything looks fine inside KiCad.

Since I’m a new user and can’t attach files directly here, I’ve uploaded the Kiicad pcb files via TransferNow:
:link:Transfer "Kiicad" is available for download

I’d be super grateful if someone could take a look and tell me what’s wrong with the export.

Thanks in advance!

The archive don’t seem to contain any exported files, only the project files.

Here is the transfernow link with the production files:

btw, your power traces are too thin:

Also your 5V input seems to be connected only to U3 pin 111 (VBUS_EN), not to +5v.

Also you usually want to keep your high-speed signals clear of other signals and each other:

And there’s no ground return vias for high-speed signals.

You didn’t seem to follow any layout recommendations for DC-DC converters, it won’t work:

There’s resistors under J1, also how were you going to plug it in?

Does JLC support 0.125mm via holes?

Don’t check any checkboxes in “Plot on all layers” when plotting. Every checked layer there is plotted on all layer.

Thank you for your feedback! It really helps a lot. I`m really new to this pcb stuff as you could see. What should I do right now in your own opinion?

You think I should redo everything and if could you help me then?

Read datasheets and layout guides carefully. Read books, watch tutorials about routing high-speed signals, power integrity, signal integrity. Don’t use autorouters.

It’s better to ask engineering questions on EEVblog Electronics Community Forum - Index instead of this KiCad forum.

You seem to be familiar with PCB designs. Can you help me create this PCB, or are you short on time?

I need help with redesigning this and you are the only person I can think off

Sorry, but
