Quick answer is no. The best way I currently know of to get OrCad files into KiCad is to go through Altium Designer.

No, KiCad doesn’t natively export to other formats for other EDA software packages, at least for the time being. There are at least two practical reasons for that. First, most commercial EDA file formats are closed, i.e. secret. It’s very difficult and time consuming to reverse engineer such a format. Porting OrCAD design to KiCad

Raising this old chestnut again, as I am doing a bunch of ports at the moment. I’m not sure how common my experience is, but I do see companies engaging long time OrCAD designers, then realising the result is not very accessible to a wider audience and converting them to KiCad.
