I encounter the bellow error every time I open the schematic. Once I click on Open Anyway the schematic opens with all the changes that I saved.
Their is no loss in data but I get the error continuously.
This is the result of a stale lock file and you can safely delete it. It has already been fixed for KiCad V7.0.9, so updating to the latest stable version should fix it too. See the “Orphaned lock file” in the
KiCad-7.0.9-Release notes.
