Some can help me with the ERC Error type 3 in my schematic in the dual op amp pin 4.
Its saying there is nothing driving your ground net, but some device, likely the op amp has its V- pin set as a power input, as such create a power flag and tie it to ground. that will fix it.

Make sure you put the power flag where your pcb is supplied. Otherwise ERC is useless with regard to detecting if your stuff is supplied.
