Try updating your system

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

and then add repo again

No dice. I was able to get it installed by manually adding to sources.list tho.

Sounds like add-apt-repository bug.

Either that or a launchpad bug, returning a fake testing URL to production :grimacing:
